Truckload - Two Way Messaging

Two way messaging is a driver-to-user messaging feature. Send push notifications directly to the driver informing them of updates on your shipment and receive messages from drivers needing assistance. Need a pickup number? You got it. Inform the drive to back into dock 8? Done.

 

 

Notifications:

Drivers are notified of new messages from users through a push notification from the MacroPoint for Truckers app. 

Users are notified of new messages from drivers three different ways:

  1. Checking the messages in the load
  2. Email alerts - See Order Messaging email for more details  
  3. Via integration - MacroPoint can push messages via API to a customer endpoint
