Truckload - Documents
If POD & documents are included in your subscription package, carriers and/or drivers can submit images and documents on your loads. They can do this via the MacroPoint for Trucker app, via their MacroPoint portal, or via API push from their TMS/dispatch system.
When a carrier or driver submits a new document they will be visible under the documents tab. Multiple documents are supported per load and will be listed in the grid.
Simply click the image icon under 'Document' column to view the document.
And the document will become viewable.
To download the document, click the download icon next to the 'Documents' column.
Notifications:
Users can receive notifications via email when a new document is submitted. More details can be found here: Form Submit Emails
