Carrier Management
Identify which carrier are connected to your account & how they're integrated.
Key:
TMS - Carrier has their TMS or dispatch system integrated with MacroPoint to push data for a specific shipment.
Telematics - ELD or Trailer GPS connected carriers. MacroPoint pulls data from the telematics provider for a specific vehicle or trailer assigned on the load.
Mobile - Carrier has no integrated tracking, all tracking is done via MacroPoint for Truckers app. Carrier specific requests no other options for tracking available.
Other - Non-truckload carriers. LTL, Ocean, and Air carriers.
Wishlist - Carriers not currently integrated but on your active carrier list for onboarding. Learn more about the Wishlist here.
To view a list of connected carriers by integration method, simply click the number next to the connection method.
The Carrier ID is the carrier code represented in your TMS that is used to map to the carrier's MacroPoint account.
If you need to edit or add multiple Carrier ID's for a carrier, simply click the pencil icon in the center and make your edits.
Quick Add - New Carriers
Carrier brand new to your network and not on Wishlist? Add them instantly
1. Search US DOT #. If registered with the FMCSA, carrier's legal name will display.
2. Click carrier name. If carrier is not in MacroPoint's network, the below message is displayed. Quickly send them your self-service link and add them to your wishlist with a single click. Learn more about self service here
3. If carrier is in MacroPoint's network, message below is displayed. Simply add your Carrier ID in the mapping code field and click 'Add Partner'
