Load Details Overview

The Loads Details tab is a snapshot of the basic details of tracking. 

  • Updated On - Most recent location and timestamp
  • Shipment From - Origin of load
  • Ship To - Destination of the load
  • Driver - The tracking identifier MacroPoint is collecting data. This could be a phone number, truck/trailer number, or carrier load ID
  • Carrier - Name of the carrier hauling the load
  • Tracking Requested By - Your account name 
  • Start Tracking On - Can be set in one of two ways:
    1. Customer sets on the order creation (via integration or manually in Rapid Track)
    2. If the load is a tracking requests and the carrier assigns the tracking after the customer supplied track start date/time - it is the date/time the carrier assigned the load.
  • Track For - Maximum duration the load will track for, set by the customer
  • Update Frequency - Ping frequency of the tracking sessions set by the customer

Fields in the blue box are examples of User Defined Fields. These are customizable fields customers can leverage to pass unique data points via the API relevant to their users. User Defined Field data points display in the Load Details tab but are also searchable and filterable in the Control Tower grid. Common example are PO #, SKU #, Product Name, & Sales Rep.
